Brian Allen, P.A.-C.
Brian was born in Southern California and was the fourth of five sons born to loving parents. He moved to Utah as a child and grew up hiking, fishing, camping and boating along the beautiful Wasatch Front. Brian served a religious mission for his church in Manchester, England for two years before completing his formal education.
Brian obtained his bachelor’s degree at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah with a major in Science in Zoology. Brian graduated from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon with his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in August of 2007. After one short year of living in Oregon, he was hooked and knew he could never leave this beautiful landscape. He soon started his own family and moved them to the Oregon coast. The outdoor recreation provided a charmed life for his family of 5.
Brian worked at South Coast Orthopaedic Associates in Coos Bay Oregon for nearly 12 years before moving to Grants Pass and joining Dr. Bents. He has experience with a diverse orthopedic population providing first assist in surgery and taking care of patients with sports injuries, spine and joint pain, providing injections, casting, emergency orthopedic care, and general orthopedic needs.
When not at work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 kids and 2 dogs. They love to be outdoors exploring this new amazing town. Brian enjoys hiking, camping, target shooting, snow shoeing, water skiing to name a few. His strongest motivator to work hard is his love of travel. He has been on many abroad trips including two medical missions in Africa. He and his family love to learn about diverse cultures and history by traveling to foreign countries.
