Gary Sherwood, Administrator since 2002 plans to retire at the end of 2009.
Southern Oregon Orthopedics is seeking a qualified person to serve as Administrator (chief executive officer) of the organization. This position reports to a Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall direction and development of the organization. Through management personnel, directs, supervises and coordinates the overall operation of clinical and administrative functions.
Education/Experience: Bachelors Degree in health or business administration; Masters Degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in a healthcare related organization. Preference given to candidates with prior experience managing a clinical office.
